The first three days guide you in to the foundations of Heartworks Lomi Lomi, a beautiful & potent transmission of heart centred energy, that is deeply nourishing & detoxifying. Using rhythmical hands, breath, energy, flow & presence to facilitate a deep state of calm & relaxation for both the Giver & Receiver.
Throughout these foundational days, we will return to simplicity, ground & nourish the body, opening to hear the voice of the heart as we discover how to both give & RECEIVE a profound depth of touch.

Level 2
On the fourth day, you INTEGRATE & REST, an amazing opportunity to swim in the healing waters of Straddie, take a long
walk along the beaches & headlands, take rest, practice what you have learnt & just chill out.
The next three days we begin to take the bodywork deeper into the full practice of Heartworks Lomi Lomi - Level 2.

Sam & Ahren have facilitated both Ka Huna Bodywork & Heartworks Lomi Lomi over the past two decades.
Sharing their wisdom in a spacious & cultivated way that reflects their passion for the work.
They offer knowledge in a way that is integral to their unique perspectives
while honouring the source & sacred nature of the transmission of this powerful work.
Between them, they have explored multiple approaches to embodied practice & touch based therapies
& weave ancient wisdoms with present evolutionary experience to support the teaching container.
They are playful, lighthearted beings who like to mix things up a bit & get the spirit flowing...
Kate is our beloved Culinary Queen & Supporter, who has been with us on trainings
& retreats since somewhere in the mid 2010's, bringing her all round epic-ness to our bellies.
She completed her 1 & 2 Lomi Lomi with us in 2017 & brings a wealth of her own personal experience & wisdom.
We are so stoked to have her as part of the tribe!!
